This is the name of a highly parallel model for "intelligent" computing. rather than use a single high-speed processor to compute an algorithm, the process is broken among many smaller, but specialized processes that compute simultaneously. an example would be a neural network process where each "neuron" in the network is assigned to a single processor.

This is a measure of the complexity of a pattern as given by the length of a code needed to reproduce it.
Dimension stacking, английский
This technique reduces the dimensionality of a set of categorical attributes, often for visualization. the attributes are collected into groups, and, within each group, are embedded with each other to form a new, multilevel aggregate variable. for example, suppose there are two attributes, sex, with levels f and m, and age, with three levels y, m, and o, and you wished to stack age within sex. the new attribute would have the ordered values: f, y f, m f, o m, y m, m m, o note that the order of age is maintained with each level of sex. if there were further attributes stacked within age, they would also maintain their order and stacking relationship across levels of sex. see also: decision table, karnaugh map.
