Polymerization, английский
- The chemical combination of similar-type molecules to form larger molecules.
- A chemical reaction in which the molecules
- A chemical reaction in which the molecular weight of the molecules formed is a multiple of that of the original substances. polymer-modified stucco a stucco containing a small amount of acrylic resin to increase its workability.
- A chemical reaction wherein small molecules combine to form much larger molecules. (also see addition polymerization and condensation polymerization.)
- The chemical reaction in which a monomer combines with itself to form a long-chained molecule called a polymer.
- The chemical combination and recombination of the same unsaturated hydrocarbon with itself to form an extensive chain; the chemical process of combining similar molecules to form larger molecules.

Polyglycol, английский
A polymer of ethylene glycol (c2h602) used as a synthetic base stock; water-soluble polyglycols serve as thickeners or anti-freezes in fr fluids; insoluble forms are used as heat transfer and hydraulic fluids or hightemperature bearing oils.
Polybutene, английский
