    Plugging, английский
    1. Filling a hole, drilled in masonry, with a fiber, plastic, or wood plug into which a screw can be driven. plugging chisel, plugging drill

    2. The material used, the act, or the process of inserting a plug in a borehole to fill it or the cracks and openings in the borehole sidewalls.

    3. The act or process of drilling a borehole with a noncoring bit. see noncore drilling.

    2. The part of the stern above the waterline that extends beyond the rudder stock culminating in a small transom. a long counter increases the waterline length when the boat is heeled, so increasing hull speed.
