Bundling, unbundling

    Creation of securities either by combining primitive and derivative securities into one composite hybrid or by separating returns on an asset into classes.




Unbundled utility services, английский
    Disaggregating components of a previously vertically integrated network. for example, separating electricity service into its basic components (generation, transmission distribution, and retail) and offering each component for sale. with separate charges for each component, stages of production that are potentially competitive can attract entry-potentially leading to improved industry performance.

Disaggregating utility service into its basic components and offering each component separately for sale with separate rates for each component. for example in electric service, generation, transmission and distribution could be unbundled and offered as discrete services with separate payment for each.
