Exports of goods (which are subject to tariff and/or non-tariff or external economic benefits are provided when they are exported from the territory of the state - the participant of the cis), originating from the customs territory of one state of the cis countries by the interested party of another cis country outside the customs territory of the latter to the state not part of the cis.
