    Blog, английский
    1. A publication of content, sorted in chronological order, with the most recent content appearing at the top. the content reflects personal or corporate interests, and can be written by an individual or a group of contributors. blogs were originally called web logs or weblogs. however, as “web log can also mean a server’s log files, the term was confusing. to avoid this confusion, the abbreviation “blog was coined, and became the common term.

    2. Comes from “weblog” or “web log.” a continually updated “journal” that is usually run by an individual or small group. blogs are typically informal in nature. most blogs are part of a larger community and have commenting capabilities.

    3. A web log written for and posted to the internet using such software as www.blogger.com. readers access the blog through the web (e.g., http://hrmarketer.blogspot.com/) or subscribe to the blog’s rss (really simple syndication) feed and receive alerts when there is a new posting. blogs are becoming increasingly important to hr suppliers in order to increase their company’s visibility, communicate with customers, and promote their products or services to establish themselves as thought leaders.
