Outrigger, английский
- A structure which extends outboard to suspend lines or nets over the water or small secondary hull.
- An extension of a rafter beyond the wall line. usually a smaller member nailed to a larger rafter to form a cornice or roof overhang.
- A beam at the ridge of a roof that extends beyond the end wall of the building to serve as a support for hoisting tackle or the like; also called an outlooker or lookout.
