Exchangeable, английский
- Сменный; заменяемый
- Applies mainly to convertible securities. means the issuer, if so stated, may substitute a convertible debenture for an existing convertible preferred with identical terms. most often used when a corporation has an immediate need for equity capital and a low tax rate, and expects either or both conditions to change. this would make the debenture less attractive if the interest tax-deductibility is lost.

- Манипуляция - попытки отдельных рыночных трейдеров или учреждений повлиять на стоимость ценной бумаги;
- A form of treatment that involves moving or rubbing parts of the body with the hands, e.g. to treat a disorder of a joint
- N манипуляция syllabic ~ слоговая манипуляция
- An identifiable pattern of input events over a period of time as interpreted for a given application context.
- Dealing in a security to create a false appearance of active trading, in order to bring in more traders. illegal.
Probabilistic, английский
- Вероятностный
- Attribute of non-deterministic systems whose transitions between states follow known or ascertainable probabilities (->probability). the ergodic behavior of probabilistic systems is describable as a markov chain. probabii.ity

Transformational tagging, английский
A second-order technique for natural language parsing. once a sentence of text has been initially tagged, a transformational tagger would begin applying transformation rules to the initial tags to improve the parsing of the data.
Common lisp, английский
