Unit prices that are constant over some range of customer consumption but are higher at higher levels of consumption. utilized by some water and electricity utilities. for example, the price per kwh is 3?/kwh for the first 200 kwh per month and 5?/kwh from 201-500 and 8?/kwh beyond.
