- A property lien is unpaid debt on a piece of property. it`s a legal notice and denotes legal action taken by a lender to recover the debt they are owed. it can come from unpaid taxes, a court judgement, or unpaid bills and can slow down the homebuying process when unattended.

Highlights, английский
- A light spot, area, or streak on a painted surface.
- The bright areas of a subject or scene, often the result of gentle reflections of lights. strong reflections are called "kicks" or "hot spots." the size and intensity of highlights are determined in part by the hard or soft nature of the light and the subject texture. tip: diffusion enlarges and softens highlights. see: fall-off (light on a surface).
- The brightest parts of a scene that yield texture or image information. with slide film, it`s best to bias expose for the highlights, as overexposure of bright areas will yield a burnt-out look. a spectral highlight is pure light and will print as "paper" white.
