Fpx flashpix trade name for a new multi-resolution image file format jointly developed and introduced in june 1996 by kodak, hp, microsoft and live picture.
Focus lock, английский
- Pre-focusing the camera and then moving it to re-compose the image before capturing it. accomplished by half-pressing the shutter button and keeping it held at that position while moving the camera to another point before pressing it all the way to capture the image.
- In autofocus camera systems, a button, lever, or push-button control that locks focus at a particular distance setting, often used when the main subject is off to the side of the frame or not covered by the autofocus brackets in the viewfinder.
- Focus lock means pre-focussing the subject and re-framing by moving the camera. this is done by half pressing the shutter to focus and fully pressing to expose. done to ensure crisp, sharp eyes for example.
