Part of the investment strategy, there are three commonly used industry terms to describe style: core, value-added and opportunistic.

- An item of value purchased for income or capital appreciation. capital investments include equipment, pipes and other fixed assets. financial investments include stocks, bonds, and other securities.

Subordinated creditor, английский
Any creditor of the borrower which is a party to a subordination agreementin favor of the lender.
Strategy-account, английский
A description of the account strategy includes the account's plan for asset allocations, taking into consideration goals, risk tolerance and holding period. it also includes, at a minimum, the investment style (see below.)
