- (лат inter-ventio - вмешательство) - вмешательство одного или нескольких государств в дела другого государства, являющееся нарушением независимости и суверенных прав последнего. чаще всего и. совершается с целью устранения неугодного политического режима или поддержки одной из сторон в гражданской войне. с точки зрения современного международного права и.- противоправное действие. принцип невмешательства во внутренние дела государств закреплен в-ряде международно-правовых актов, в том числе в уставе оон. однако этот принцип не затрагивает применения принудительных мер при наличии угрозы миру, нарушения мира или акта агрессии. члены оон обязаны воздерживаться от угрозы силой или ее применения против политической независимости или территориальной неприкосновенности государств. государство, подвергшееся и.. имеет право бороться против нее всеми доступными ему средствами, а также требовать возложения на виновное государство ответственности за нарушение норм международного права.
