- The way a person learns
- The way a person learns the way people process new information and learn most effectively (example, some people learn best visually, through lectures, or by reading. others learn best by action or doing)
- Learning styles are overall patterns that provide direction to learning and teaching. they involve educating methods, particular to an individual, that are presumed to allow that individual to learn best.
- Learning style is an individual’s natural pattern of acquiring and processing new information in learning situations. in a work environment, a manager can assess the learning styles of their employees and adapt their work environments to best fit the employees’ learning styles.
