A person or company with a license of the authorized state body for import and customs clearance of goods. customs representative is an agent who in accordance with a license has the right on his own behalf or on behalf of the represented person to perform any operations to clear the goods and perform other intermediary functions in the field of customs for the account and on behalf of the represented person, incurring the full responsibility as if it will move goods across the customs border.
