- Документ, сопровождающий груз и удостоверяющий принятие груза перевозчиком у отправителя: и составляемый в экспортной конторе или в транспортно-экспедиционном предприятии. накладная содержит сведения о наименовании груза, числе мест, пунктах отправления и назначения, отправителе и получателе, дате приема к перевозке. в настоящее время его составляют на основе эталона по информации, основывающейся на счете-фактуре, или по предварительной фактуре, составленной заранее в процессе предварительных переговоров по сделке о перевозке грузов.
