Limited partnership (lp)

A partnership established between two or more partners governed by a partnership agreement, with at least one general partner and one limited partner. the general partner has responsibility for the day-to-day management of the limited partnership and has unlimited liability for the debts and obligations of the lp whereas the limited partner generally has limited liability. the limited partners have direct rights to a share of the assets and the profits of the lp.

Обязанности. при проведении клинических исследований исследователь, монитор и спонсор имеют определенные обязанности. обязанности исследователя. исследователь обязан проводить клиническое исследование в соответствии с протоколом и стандартами надлежащей клинической практики (gcp), получить информированное согласие всех субъектов исследования и согласие комитета по этике на проведение исследования. исследователь должен представлять монитору доступ ко всем данным для регулярной проверки и содействовать проведению внутреннего и внешнего аудита. обязанности монитора. монитор осуществляет связь спонсора с исследователем, обеспечивает проведение исследования в соответствии со стандартами надлежащей клинической практики (gcp). монитор должен регулярно посещать исследовательский центр и проверять точность и полноту внесения данных в индивидуальную регистрационную карту исследователем и получение информированного согласия от всех субъектов исследования. монитор обязан следить за соблюдением правил отчетности о нежелательных явлениях. после каждого визита монитор должен составлять письменный отчет, в котором перечисляются выполненные действия, сделанные наблюдения, замечания и требующиеся мероприятия. обязанности спонсора. спонсор должен разработать подробные стандартные процедуры с целью соблюдения правил надлежащей клинической практики (gcp), подобрать соответствующих исследователей, предоставить исследователю все данные о препарате, обеспечить поставку медицинского продукта, изготовленного в соответствии с требованиями надлежащей производственной практики (gmp), а также предоставить официальным инстанциям документы для получения разрешения на проведение исследования. спонсор отвечает за проведение внутреннего аудита исследования.
