Mutation, английский
- A change (damage) to the dna, genes, or chromosomes of living organisms.
- Mutación
- A change in dna which changes the physiological effect of the dna on the cell comment: a mutation in the gene for amyloid precursor protein (app) in some families causes early-onset alzheimer’s disease, when unusual deposits of beta amyloid are formed and dementia occurs.
- N изменение, перегласовка consonant ~ перегласовка начальных согласных
- Мутация стабильное наследуемое изменение в нуклеотидном составе генома, включая плазмиды.
- In evolutionary programming, some mechanism for generating "new" behaviors needs is introduced, taking its name from biologic mutation. in biologic mutation, random errors can be introduced into offspring. in a similar vein, machine models will introduce variability into their offspring, in the hopes of improving their fitness. see also: evolutionary programming.
- Of chromosomes. transmission of ultimate source in biology, a change in a gene or structure or number it constitutes genetic noise in the intergenerational genetic information. in evolution, mutation is the of inheritable variation.
- Any change in dna structure which alters the established order of the bases. this may cause a gene (or series of genes) to fail to be activated normally (either to be silenced or, conversely, to be expressed inappropriately) or may cause a gene to express a protein with abnormal structure (and hence abnormal function).
- Sudden change in gene
- Heritable change in the dna sequence of an organism

Replication, английский
- The process in the division of a cell, where the dna makes copies of itself
- Повторение
- Repetitive production of unities (->unity) that occupy different physical spaces but share the same organization. replication implies neither an original unity (->copying) nor that the system replicating these unities bears a resemblance to them (->self-reproduction).
- The process of copying content and/or configuration settings from one location, generally a server node, to another. replication is done to ensure synchronization or fault tolerance.
- Production of exact copies
- Process by which dna is copied
- Method for copying the topography of a surface by making its impression in a plastic or malleable material.
- Repeating a piece of research in order to verify and

Frameshift mutation, английский
Mutation resulting from either an insertion or a deletion in a number of nucleotides that, if not a multiple of three, changes every amino acid after the mutation
