- Гиперпигментация кожи лица. хлоазма наблюдается чаще у женщин, причинами ее могут быть беременность, гинекологические заболевания, истощение, пеллагра, глистная инвазия, заболевания печени и др. провоцирует хлоазму пребывание на солнце: на коже появляются пигментные пятна различной величины и формы.
